Reporting to the Owner/Rabih Kayrouz, I am responsible for leading the sales & profitability of the
brand
· In conjunction with the Owner I plan the annual budget per store within the brand
· Overall responsibility for sales, profit, stock loss, expenses & wages
· Work on new season merchandise marketing / promotional material
· Provide effective leadership to my store operations team
· Travel overseas to the brand Principal for seasonal "buys" and building the merchandise range /
forecast
· Evaluate local market competition and analyze pricing strategies / markdowns etc…
· Provide guidance to my team on visual merchandise / brand integrity.
Responsible for the daily managing of staff and the assigning of duties.
· Managing and motivating staff to increase sales and ensure store efficiency.
· Analyzing store sales figures.
· Maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring local competitors.
· Managing up to 5 members of staff.
· Manage budgets set by Retail Area Managers.
· Manage and address shrinkage and stock loss.
· Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
· Ensuring all corporate and local regulations and procedures are met and complied.
· Greet customers and assist them with decisions on what to buy and suggest gift ideas.
