As a real estate broker, my role is to mediate the negotiation between the landlord and tenant, finding the best apartment as per the tenant's requirements and finding the best tenant profile that suits the landlord.
Responsible to analyze and solve various types of claims, to respond to telephone inquiries about the company's products or services by following standard scripts, procedures, and company standards.
The Address Dubai Mall it's a 5* hotel, located in Downtown Dubai with over 500 employees.
My main tasks are to assist with various travel arrangements and tours of local attractions while following the high requirements and standards of the luxury hotel. I recommend night life hot spots, assist guests in making restaurant reservations, booking hotels, arranging for spa services, booking transportation (like taxi, limousines, airplanes, boats, etc.), coordinating porter service (luggage assistance request), procuring of tickets to special events, receiving and deliver parcels for the guest of the hotel.
The NOZ network was made up of 241 retail stores across France. The NOZ concept is to resale the unsold stocks from different suppliers from all over the world.
They are pioneers in this industry and are the European market leaders.
Each NOZ store is divided in 7 departments selling: clothes and accessories; food and frozen food; DIY items; sports equipment; decoration and home appliances; books, magazines and DVDs; hygienic and beauty products
Main responsibilities:
- organizes and developing the activities of the store as per the company policy,
- supervising, delegating tasks, training and motivating the team to increase the store's revenue,
- over viewing the performance of the team and giving regular feedback to the staff,
- organizing the store layout and improving the store aspect (cleanliness, presentation of goods, promotion banners and prices tags),
- direct participation in the sales process,
- opening and closing the cashiers and gathering the money to be deposited at the bank daily by respecting the company procedures,

- arrange the warehouse and taking part in daily deliveries; maintain a close link with the logistics partners,
- managing and improving the team communication by conducting daily briefings and staff meetings,
- informing the team about the obtained results and establishing the objectives for improving sales,

- respecting all health and safety standards and procedures for the staff and clients,

Achievements:
-I improved the team work and communication,
-I improved the general aspect of the store,
-I arranged and reorganized the store departments and the warehouse,
-I improved the turnover of the store with more then 20%.
-I helped in achieving the 4th place between all 241 stores, taking it from the 20th place,
-the store became in the 1st place for selling the frozen foods from the 4th place.

The main responsibilities are to ensure availability of raw materials, release orders to suppliers, monitoring and maintaining levels of raw material, reporting and continuous improvement of procurement activities and supplier relationships.
I managed approximately 40 suppliers and about 600 different product references.
Achievements:
-In the course of year 2012, I contributed to the objectives achievement set for supply chain department such as: rolling stock, improving the transit time of raw materials, improving supply chain, etc.

Also during these years, there was two instances in which I personally assisted "Mystery Shoppers" and in both cases I got a score over 95% points and those results are continuing to be the best even in present from approximate 300 employees. Thanks for these scores at the end of 2010, Intersport Pitesti shop was chosen as the best of the 25 existing store in Romania, the difference being made due to "Mystery Shoppers" visits.
