(promoted from Associate position) Supports both individual and corporate relationships in team’s portfolio by handling all required financial/industry analysis for credit risk assessments, and prepares credit limit proposals.
Follows up on documentation with customers and all administration issues within the bank to process loan disbursement.
Follows up on clients day to day transaction requests and their execution with other bank departments.
Submits annual loan reviews for renewal of facilities.
Analyzes account position and highlight strengths/weaknesses in account conduct, and prepares short form credit limit proposals for necessary restructuring.
Monitors exceptions reports and ensures regularization of accounts to maintain quality portfolio.
Interacts with other support divisions, i.e. Credit, Operations, ITD for service delivery and MIS requirements.
Addressing issues related to customer’s complaints by coordinating with other support divisions for problem solving and liasing with Relationship Manager and Area Manager for decision making.
Assists the Team Leader/Area Manager in creating existing portfolio reports as required by Top Management, Audit and Credit.
Coordinates with Relationship Managers and Officers in carrying out division related transactions to complete a loan process.
Supports the Bank's strong relationship culture through quality customer service and superior product knowledge by receiving/addressing clients’ account/loan related enquiries, requests and/or complaints with Relationship Manager’s minimal guidance.
Drafts credit limit proposals.
Performs secretarial and administrative tasks such as:
- Maintains systematic credit and administrative filing.
- Writes correspondences/IOMs, presentations and other paper works.
- Schedules meeting appointment with prospective clients for Relationship Managers.
- Substitutes on-leave division head’s executive secretary while performing main duties.
- Requests HR/ITD/Admin related matters for division staff.
Sales Administrator (promoted after a year)
Secretary to the Senior Sales Engineer and Sales Executive.
Drafts all internal and external correspondences.
Creates all sales related reports on a regular basis, and assists in sales & market surveys and all other related researches.
Monitors flow of stock and updates Customs Dept. record and internal stock database.
Furnishes quotations and technical specifications of products for clients.
Safe keeps directory/databases for customers and prospects.
Handles administrative jobs, i.e. systematized comprehensive filing, e-mails monitoring, purchase requisitions, maintaining library, etc.
Keeps track of the Sales Manager’s appointments.
Contributes marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, analyzing market data and trends, and implementing quality customer-service standards.
Assists the Marketing and Sales Manager and coordinating with the Operations and General Managers in forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, and developing field sales action plans.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product packaging and coordinating new product development.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
Assists the Marketing and Sales Manager in recruiting, training and assigning employees and communicating job expectations and targets.
