all branches.

* Additional Responsibilities:
* Responsible in handling the maintenance department.
* Receive job request from the branch and head office and make job orders. Make schedule for the
maintenance team and send technician to do the job order.
* Call the suppliers for quotations or maintenance request.
* Responsible in monitoring of assets of the company.
• Primarily responsible in upgrade, repair and maintenance of client computer, server, network hardware and other equipment’s.
• Responsible of monitoring and maintaining for the smooth running of computer system, network and internet connection of main office and its branches.
• Install and configure LAN/Wi-Fi network and internet connection.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Evaluate the network systems and servers and see if there is any scope of improvement.
• Recommends to higher authorities of implementation for new hardware and software procedure.
• Creation of Access Rights of SAP-B1 User, Terminal Service User and Email Address.
• In-charge of the maintenance of business partners and items in SAP-Business 1.
