● Post properties in Advertising Platforms (e.g. Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
● Negotiate prices and payment terms.
● Used dual CRM software (TomsCRM and myCRM)
● Promote the benefits of the products and showing how to used.
● Responsible of giving the full information to the customer specially the effects of the products.
● Conducts presentation in every customer and ask for approval.
● Proper used of the products and demonstrate very well to have a good feedbacks from the customer.

● Responsible in answering calls and emails from regional and national.

● Assist the Barangays officials and taking their report.

● Responsible of making reimbursement in every travel expenses.
