• Promote & sell fitness programs.

• Design HVAC systems, including load, duct works calculations and drawings.
• Design firefighting systems, including its related calculations and drawings.
• Design plumbing systems, including its related calculations and drawings
(water supply, single stack drainage, double stack drainage)
• Meet clients and specify their requirements for each project
• Prepare progress reports for clients to ensure the timeline is met.
• consult with engineering team members to ensure that designs are feasible
• Prepare tender documents for mechanical systems (specs and BOQ’s).
• Reply for all raised RFI’s from the contractors during tender stages.

• Greeting people and guide them to the event venue and monitor visitor’s access.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Supervise staff performance and allocate them and maintain events timeline.
• Facilitate operations and respond to emergencies and problems.
• Ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with procedures.
