• Established and prepared the operation and supply chain management project in Mafraq orthopedic clinic, in which these techniques have been applied: KAIZEN (lean philosophy), performance objectives, polar diagram, typology of operations (4V'S), process mapping & capacity and demand management & it is approved as a foundation document for the hospital to work from.
• Managed and monitored the redesigning process of the pharmacy in Al Nahda clinic.
• Managed quality assurance, arrangement, dispensing and receiving of pharmaceutical drugs in Al Nahda pharmacy.
• Supervised and trained Al Nahda pharmacy team.
• Trained the OPD pharmacy team about JCI standard.
• Established & supervised the inventory management project of Mafraq OPD pharmacy.
• Established leadership styles project and presented it in front of Mafraq head sections (managers), and questionnaires have been distributed in different department to identify the right leader for each section.
