Job Description Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Responsibilities Provide administrative and secretarial support to the department, including but not limited to preparation of correspondence, taking of minutes, and filing.
Act as a first point of contact for the department and provide a high level of client service to ACK students.
Coordinate the flow of information within the department, including handling confidential correspondence and referral matters for comment or further action to the appropriate staff and faculty member.
Provide mutual backup and organisational support for other staff within the department.
Prepare and update attendance and results spreadsheets to ensure they are functioning properly with regard to students’ names, formulas, dates, percentages according to department policies.
Responsible for the administrative preparation of each semester including but not limited to the following:
- Updated and accurate students lists (new, existing and repeaters)
- Students and faculty timetables
Contact students, when necessary, for various reasons including but not limited to timetables changes, late registration, low attendance, census date of registration withdrawal…etc.
Follow up on no show students and flag them to the Office of Registrar for further action.
Responsible for the renewal of academic contracts for students who have learning difficulties, poor attendance, plagiarism, or any other concerning matter and flag the relevant student on Power Campus with their relevant situation for the instructor’s appropriate action.
In coordination with the Office of Registrar, follow up on outstanding fees list of students and send to instructors for their appropriate action.
Coordinate with IT and Facilities regarding relevant classrooms, labs, and staff room issues, when required.
In coordination with the Instructors of the department, prepare students’ progress reports, when required.
Responsible for the completion of all requirements for the end of semester as assigned and requested by the Head of school.
Undertake other duties and special projects in line with the scope of work under Head of program direction.
•Credit audit department for two years and half, auditing credit transaction and compare them to CBK rules moreover; the sales policy of the bank to avoid mistakes, also finishing any kind of transactions such as car loans, cash loans and credit cards.
•Credit officer checking and approving all kind of credit transaction with full responsibility on my signature, professional in dealing with customer problems, great relationship with managers and employees.
•Train the new staff always how to use Ci-net and train them about any new policy from NBK and CBK.
•Call Center Agent for 18 months, dealing with the customers on phone for any kind of requirements, never miss the target in any of sales division such as loans, Credit card sales and always promoting the new projects and new items for the bank.
•Relationship officer was temporary for the DRF project with CBK, around five months in the afternoon shift.
