Responsible for initiating and managing HR Development programs and activities including but not limited to:
Successfully Designed and Developed company training policy and procedures.
Design & Update HR SOPs and align it with company’s strategies, Organization Structures.
Initiate Communication Channels, Job evaluation, Grading system & Salary Structure, Authorities and Responsibilities
Matrices.
Develop Competency Model framework, Design and updating the company Employee Handbook and On-boarding program.
Lead all Learning & Development programs, Manage Corporate Performance Management (MBO & competency
evaluation).
Assist in determine Org. objectives and cascade it into KPIs.
Provide HR analytically reports and conduct studies& surveys to measure Employees’ Satisfaction Level and HR
effectiveness, and make recommendations.
Responsible for initiating and managing Learning & Performance programs including but not limited to:
Align the Training & Development Activities with annual strategic decisions.
Carry out training needs analysis.
Develop annual training plan specifying key programs & timelines and resource.
Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Measure the benefit that employees received from their training to measure the effectiveness of training.
Conduct Internal Soft Skills and Management training programs.
Manage Performance Management System and initiate the development needed to diagnose and improve company
performance.
Conduct performance effectiveness analysis, analysis of productive frequencies, and recommending alternative scenarios to close gaps identified.
6 months project to create HR Infrastructure through:
Design the company core and managerial competencies.
Conduct the job analysis project and designing the descriptions for all company positions.
Classify and evaluating jobs to create the company salary structure and designing vacations, time & attendance, hiring, and
termination policies.
Responsible for initiating and managing Learning & Development programs including but not limited to:
Design and Develop company training policy and procedures.
Design the annual training plan in coordination with line managers based on the specific training needs and training budget
for each sector and Department.
Communicate with providers of training services, whether they are specialized centers or appropriate personnel to provide
the required training programs.
Design, Plan and Conduct the company Orientation program for newly hired and promotional Orientation for promoted
supervisors and managers.
Responsible for coordinating Learning & Development programs including but not limited to:
Conduct the training needs assessment, gap analysis and return on investment semi-annual report.
Survey the market for the best providers.
Negotiate contracts with Providers, including desired training outcomes, fees and expenses.
Follow up the implementation of training programs and provide logistical support required to implement.
Evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
Responsible for support all HR functions including but not limited to:
Coordinate recruitment advertisements and recruitment related events/activities with internal and external parties.
Screen CVs and select suitable candidates for required job vacancies.
Updating the CVs database and the backup plan.
Keep track and documentation of Training records and plans.
Collect new hire & employment paperwork and handling high level of confidential information.
Create, maintains and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.
Deal with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices.
Create, maintain and update staff records on the HR data base and issue regular reports as required.
