Responsibilities: ( 8 cash van, 4 Sales Rep. 1 Territory sales supervisor, 3 Delivery)
1. Determine & controlling for the routing of POS for cash van and the Key account with Sales Rep.
2. Develop and establish analytics, reporting, and dashboards to inform the Sales team and how they are operating to achieve target and more covering.
3. Develop and deploy training materials for our Sales team
4. Maintain all the Process & Policies with all departments of plant (HR, Sales, Marketing, Fianance, and Production) and solve the problems.
5. follow up with sales Team about CRM within the daily reports.
6. Preparing the new strategies for distribute the SKUs by POS.
7. Preparing the meeting to Sales team to training & advice & solve the problems & gives the new promotions to next visit of the clients.
8. Determine & controlling the KPI of the target scheme & forecasting of sales with GM.

1-follow up the routing of cash van & Sales Rep.
2-Motivate the sales team to get the target .
3- Solve the problem with customers & persuade to work with our company.
4-Collect the receivable from KA.
5-send the weekly report for Sales Manager.
1- Preparing the stock of van.
2- Get my daily routing from Supervisor.
3- Ask about the new pricing or promotions.
4- Visit my daily POS & sale try to sale from all SKUs.
5- Invoice & collect by cash.
6- Try to get the target per day.
7- Controlling with company about the inventory.
8- Follow up with customer.
9- Send the daily report for supervisor.
