• Preparing bank reconciliation, related party reconciliation, and balance sheet schedules, as well as booking journal entries, debit notes, and credit notes
• Enter daily transactions into the accounting system, verify invoices, bills, and receipts, and maintain petty cash.
• Completing entity books of accounts and preparing profit and loss statements
• Monthly closings and financial statement preparation balance sheet account reconciliation and maintenance
• Maintain, issue petty cash, and ensure proper supporting documentation and timely recoupment to ensure constant cash availability.
• Creates and reviews budgets, revenue and expense reports, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Monitors and analyzes monthly operating results in relation to the budget.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare tax computations and ensure timely return filing with the NBR
• Assist the auditor and share the necessary information to facilitate the annual statutory audit
The primary responsibilities are to mitigate the default risk and recover the financial losses by:
- Manages a portfolio of classified and delinquent accounts.
- Issues reminders to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts
- Support in the managing of financial restructuring and remedial team in following up on all non-performing loans to maximize recovery
- Monitoring the implementation of Client's remedial strategy
- Ensures that details of NPL account are passed to the external collector for outside visit
- Coordinates with legal department in securing legal options
- Take legal action if necessary
- Conduct research for preparing credit reports
- Make recommendations for reducing credit risk
- Help in setting a credit limit
