Responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, expanding customer database and market share. To work in line with the sales team targets and objectives, provide information of the prevailing market conditions and provide sales reports as required.
• Responsible for customer accounts, handle customer enquiries in a timely manner through a commercial approach
• Visiting customers, getting involved in an early stage of new projects, establishing reports and advising customers.
• Quote price and lead times through coordination with suppliers, internal resources and use of prices matrices.
• Responsible for generating of sales aggressively and meeting budgetary requirements, in terms of both volume and gross margin.
• Support sales and sales managers with forecasting information on the status of customer activity and future opportunities.
• Responsible for liaising with the logistics team regarding scheduling and follow up of deliveries.
• Strengthening existing customer relationships and developing new potential ones.
• Marketing analysis: to monitor and evaluate the local competitors and follow the market evolutions for the particular area.
• Determine niche-marketing opportunities.
• Assume major account and geographical responsibility
• Provide accurate and informative visit and market report
• Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets in strict adherence to the company’s guidelines and policies
