Managing the finishing files in the largest project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- prepare monthly plans for shop drawings &material as per time schedule - Follow-up work of engineers in architectural department - Coordination between departments to complete the a full drawings - Approve of the material according to the specifications and drawings - prepare documentations for VO s with project manager - follow up with consultant to finish all work in technical office
Duties & Responsibilities : University Teaching Hospital 400 beds ( total packaged 330 millions) Description : - ground floor area 37000 m2 / Design of Idea Perkins & will inc / - Total area 67000 m2 Coordination between architectural activities and other structural & MEP & medical activities. Supervision (Curtain Wall & Punched windows & cladding pre-cast & gypsum boards & GRC). Include evaluating, selecting and applying architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications to architectural construction documents. Performs a variety of architectural assignments with instruction from the Project Manager. Assignments include design support, construction documents, coordination with interdisciplinary team members, incorporating design changes and engineering / interior design elements, support for construction phase and assistance in reviewing specifications.
