Mainly responsible on handling all the recruitment and processing related activities in coordination with the concerned department heads on identifying vacant positions, short-listing of applicants, arranging personal interviews and then recommend candidates, completing the selection process and filling the vacant positions with the competent and skilled employees in accordance to the recruitment procedure and Company practice including (Position - Grade - Salary - Job Description).
▪ Manpower planning: Performs the recruitment activities through i-recruitment / existing system and in accordance with the recruitment procedure and Company practices.
▪ Manpower sourcing: Develops search strategies to identify potential candidates who are likely to have the required skillset and experience to succeed in the role to meet business needs of right number of competent staffs such as (Company Data Base - Bayt.com - LinkedIn - Etc...).
▪ Manpower Selection: Interviewing suitable candidates personally, landline phone or Skype then evaluating them.
▪ Shortlisting of candidates who meet the requirements to work within the organization.
▪ Participate in candidate interview with line manager.
▪ Follow up with candidates to get their documents then verify if needed.
▪ Complete the hiring process & create new employee.
▪ Supervising HRDF, TAQAT & Ministry of Labor (MOL).
▪ Working closely with applicants, external recruiters, overseas agencies and other human resource
professionals to support Saudi cement hiring needs.
▪ Assigned to lead Recruitment Team.
-Searching for Qualified candidates to fill vacant positions
-Conduct phone interview
-Select appropriate candidate based on the vacant position
-Post ads for Vacant position & use many sources to search for CVs
-Participate in candidate interview with line manager
-Follow up with candidates to get their documents
-Complete the hiring process & create new employee record in MS-Share Point
-Create new employee record in SAP system
Achievements:
• Have been set the exit interview which add many benefits to the employees (Salary scale changed, Working hours, Develop the positives and change the negatives).
• Have been set the (IER) Interview Evaluation Report that supported and helped a lot for recruitment department.
• Creating training recording on Learning Management System (LMS) for the new employee joining Recruitment department.
•Creating GOSI undertaking to improve the recruitment process
-Receiving calls from clients
-Clear shipment details for clients
-Coordinate with delivery department to deliver packages
-Transfer shipments between branches
