Lead strategic Planning, executing, and optimizing all facets of the warehouse, logistics & supply chain, ensuring
seamless operations, cost efficiency, and customer service.
Logistics Management:

Procurement Coordination:
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely PO creation and follow-up with supplier for on-time delivery
• Resolve stock shortages, damages, & discrepancies by coordinating with procurement.
• Partner with procurement to analyze inventory trends, forecast demand, and timely inventory replenishment.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
• Monitor, improve warehouse and logistics KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Generate detailed reports on stock levels, wastage, logistics performance, and cost savings for senior management.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
