• Responsible for all on-site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and customer delivery operations. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget, and to the right quality standards.

• Led a team of 30 members and ensured the split of duties to minimize the time of the process.
• Inbound sorting in charge.
• Ensure that all the received Stock is in good condition to meet the targeted customer satisfaction.
• Manage the distribution of shipments With the Courier Companies to Deliver the Shipment for the Customer Order.
• Reporting inbound status - outstanding report & delivery performance report.
• Cooperate with the customer service team in analyzing & solving any business disputes.
