Key Achievements & Projects:
• Re-implemented Oracle Property Manager Module in all Alshaya operating markets in
the Middle East which resulted in rental savings of more than $15M each year since 2014
• Developed and rolled out the new return on Capital Investment model in Excel which
resulted in 10% savings in Capex and opening of 500+ stores each year since 2014
• Developed and implemented E-ROCI (Investment Evaluation Model) in all operating
markets.
• Worked on strategy and planning to set up Magic Planet in Taj Mall (Jordan) - JV with
MAF
• Worked on Alshaya business expansion plan - Morocco, Iraq / Kurdistan, CIS markets,
and North Africa markets. Additional opening of 50+ new stores
• Worked on Oracle Property Implementation - Non-ME markets (Turkey, Russia, CEE)
• Worked on Business Intelligence Report - Customized reports for Rent, FM, Assets,
Store Counts, and future store openings (Part of Alshaya Phoenix Project)
• Reviewed Market / Portfolio Assessment - Existing and new brands, and recommended
corrective measures
