Working on Worlds Largest Clock (DOKAAE TOWER for MAKKAH) with following responsibilities and functions.
 Liaison with international design teams to consolidate different domains data to ensure manufacturability and no interference in world largest clock tower.
 Large assembly design data management using CATIA V5R19 and distribution to team members keeping track of final assembly by defining interfaces and connections of the parts for final assembly.
 Concept designing and detail 3D modelling of the molds for complicated geometries with smart insert systems to ensure tolerances and highly economical tooling for composite parts
 Performing finite element analysis for molds and support structures using ANSYS 10.
 Performing virtual interference analysis for assemblies.
 Coordination with quality control for critical checkups and making decisions on non conformances.
 Supervising and managing junior designers for enhanced productivity and in time delivery of shop floor documents.
