● Review and Follow up of engineering works, and coordinate procurement, installation, testing and commissioning activities of the Electrical systems of the project.
● Highlight discrepancies between Tender, IFC, Authority Approved Drawings to client/consultant
● Schedule & monitor resources; review project status during periodic project review meetings
● Participate in the project meetings for evaluating project progress and providing technical inputs related to MEP Engineering and designs
● Coordinate with the consultant for Technical meeting/material and design approval
● Supervise site activities for the Execution of MEP Systems
● Follow up of engineering deliverables; highlighting delayed activities to Project Manager
● Coordinate authorities’ inspection DEWA, DCD, SIRA, ETISALAT, and Developer EMAAR Etc.
● Liaising with Master Developer EMAAR and Local Authorities such as DEWA, DU, LOOTAH for the tie-in connection services and required Construction NOCs and clearances
● Liaising with Sub-contractor for Authorities oriented MEP Tie in connection.
● Attending client/consultant meeting every week.
● Conduct weekly meeting with Sub-contractor and Consultants for on-time engineering deliverables
● Involve in Value Engineering proposals to meet client requirement for the MEP systems

● Review and Follow up of engineering works, and coordinate the procurement, installation, testing and commissioning activities of the Electrical systems of the project.
● Verifying electrical design documents and drawings of the project and forwarding to the client for approval
● Issuing Request for Information to designers if any discrepancies found in design documents and thereby clearing the technical issues
● Coordinate with the subcontractor design firm regularly to streamline the project electrical design works and complete it on time
● Preparation of shop drawings and technical reports for the whole electrical systems associated with the project according to the contract documents and final design drawings
● Leading the electrical drafting team and assist them with technical information to be in compliant with project specification and local standards.
● Prepare quantity take-off and finalize the BOQ to forward it to procurement and Commercial team for material ordering
● Coordinate with Supervision consultants concerning electrical design and shop drawings approval
● Check technical submittal for electrical systems and ensure that it is per Project Specifications and international standards
● Verify the project variations for design changes and confirm them to Commercial team for Billing
● Coordinate with the technical team from vendors/manufacturers during the product approval process
● Assist the Design and Engineering Manager with progress reports and resources availabilities.
● For Electrical works installation, adhering to Local and International standards such as Saudi Building code, NEC, NFPA, IEC and BS
