• Preparing a project timeline, schedule, and status reports
• Creating SOW (Scope of work document) according to the project charter and contract.
• Create and organize a BRS sheets (Business requirement specification) after collecting the requirement from the implementers.
• Create an FTR document (Functional and Technical requirement) sheet.
• Using a Project & Task Management Tools such as ZOHO and AHA
• Analyze user stories for full non-ambiguous requirements managing defects by investigating, reporting and tracking to resolution
