• Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular visits

• Managing the key accounts like private hospitals and laboratories.
• Recruitment of staffs for the team and successfully deploying them.
• Developing profitable business by finding and assessing new clients like hospitals, general practitioners.
• Arrangement of camps and promotional activities.
• Marketing special tests, scanning, etc to doctors.
• Conducting of market survey for opening of new branches based on market potential.
• Converting sales through face to face meetings with Medical practitioners, hospitals managements etc..
