Project Planning & Estimation, Tender evaluation, Contractor Selection prior to the Project, Scheduling
Meeting with various vendors, contractors to implement the Project in timely manner
Reporting to the Project Manager related to Project progress stages in each phase.
Responsible to handle the Advanced Metering infrastructure Project implementation in Dubai different locations as a part of Smart Grid.
Involved in SCADA systems
Preventive maintenance and Troubleshooting of field instruments, flow meters (ultrasonic/Electromagnetic), valves, strainers etc.

Perform the tasks of preparing compliance statement for the project specification.
Handle responsibilities of preparing and submitting weekly working progress to the Clients
Responsible for assisting estimation engineer in preparing technical and commercial bids.
Perform other essential tasks under the instructions and guidelines of senior cost estimate Manager
- Manpower planning and estimation, and preparation of failure analysis reports (FAR) and recommendations to avoid recurrence, preparation of various progress reports, PM task reports and purchase requisition for spares.
All the engineering and commissioning activities related to Instruments in offshore platforms..
Experience in preparation/ review of all types of field instruments, material requisitions, cable schedule, instrument data sheets, Hook up diagrams, loop diagrams, P & ID’s, & As built drawings for instruments.
Experience in review of DCS / PLC system architecture drawings, graphics and PLC Logic diagrams, segregation / Grouping of I/O’s.
Able to carry out technical evaluations of vendor offers, checking of vendor drawings, PLC, DCS and relay cabinets and various instruments.
professional with more than 8 years of rich experience in Oil and Gas maintenance, &construction, Commissioning, Fire & Gas Detection Systems and Project Management .
Review and closely monitor MTO’s requirement during engineering stage, and procuring the materials with best cost saving.
Planning and close monitoring of daily construction/commissioning activities assigned by the section head and coordinate with department head to prepare/amend work breakdown/schedules and provide the necessary site feedback.
Responsible for all the construction activities related to E and I and managing all the sites related to manpower, materials, planning, and technical issues for successful completion of project.
