Supervising of my staff
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space
Preparing the attendance all of my person/scheduled the task and duties for everyday
Packing of material via SAP system/creating the pallet I.D
Splitting all the outbound deliveries to dispatching area
Prepares periodic report and send to concerned person/group such as monthly database, weekly agent report.
Keeping self up to date to information regarding the company products and supplies.
Supervise the cleanliness of the warehouse
Unloads stocks from delivery trucks and arrange same according to warehouse policy
Segregate stocks according to category
Picking of all purchase order of a customer
Checking of all items by picker
Receiving of stocks from distribution center warehouse and make an inventory of fast moving stocks and report same to supervisor.
Loading of all items pick by picker to the truck deliveries
Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of all stocks in warehouse
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Follow up on sales activity
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
Participate in sales events
Reports to plaza supervisors for assignment, instruction and submit all personal belongings before assuming to post
Submit himself for procedural body search before and after receiving job paraphernalia
Check toll ticket booklets for missing/ detailed toll tickets not included on SSTA and report top plaza supervisor if any
Inform plaza supervisor of any irregular transaction and machine breakdown
Responsible for the decongestion of traffic via ambulant tellering whenever necessary
Reports to plaza supervisors for assignment, instruction and submit all personal belongings before assuming to post
