• Doing all the system checks like finding embounce, Central Bank checks, bad cheques, etc.
• Finding discrepancies in the files provided by the sales agent.
• Getting the DSR as per liabilities of the client.
• Checking all requirements as per policy.
• Segregation of customer application from sales agent.
• Scanning and sourcing documents as required.
• Full process of credit card application as per card type and scheme.
• Promote the aims and objectives of the company and promote high standards of services for our clients at all times.
• Assist the manager in setting and implementing objectives and policy for the company.
• Answers emails, inquiries and respond to all clients online.
• Lead a team of professional workers and to ensure good behavior at all times.
• Assist the manager with the efficient upkeep of the company and maintenance/stock of items, purchasing and deliveries.
• Undertake such other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as may be determined from time to time by the manager.
• Deputies for the manager in his/her absence
