Works closely with sales to define monthly forecast using sales inputs and generates historical data.
Carry out all department's communication and follow up.

Responsibilities
• Assessing the stock controller clerk's job description and making sure they will be in line with their duties and responsibilities.
• Oversees the time process of reefer offloading, fresh loading in sales van, reefer turn- around, sales men reconciliation time that should meet the specified time to finish these processes.
• Checking and reviewing all the reports before sending it through mail to their respective recipients.
• Making sure that the sales supervisor's special orders will be meet on the required sales date.
• Sending mails to third party warehouse for the upcoming inbound products to their facility and sending orders for the outbound products that we are needed in the depot.
• Checking and maintaining the temperature in chillers, frozen and ambient storage area that we are in line with the CCM (Cold Chain Management) protocols.
Position: Fleet Stock Controller
Department: Workshop (1 Month Reliever for the Vacationing Stock Controller)
Responsibilities
• Checking the parts and stocks needed for workshop personnel.
• Preparing PR (Product Request) for out of stock parts and consumable materials and sending it for approval.
• Purchased approved PR.
• Preparing P.O. (Purchased Order) for high value or above the allowable cost for spare parts and send it to head office for approval through mail.
• Follow-up approved P.O. through respective credit suppliers.
• Encode the received parts or spare parts in the SAP and make GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
• Encode all the jobs done by the technicians and mechanics in the SAP in their day to day activities.
• Stock verification of all the actual parts and spare parts and tally it with the system quantities.
• Checking and maintaining that there should be an extra spare sales van or vehicles they can use in case there is an avoidable accident happened or sales van breakdown.
Position: Stock Controller Clerk (August 2008 - August 2010)

Responsibilities
• Oversees the loaders during loading time of fresh and food products
• Reconciliation of fresh and food products before and after delivery of sales from salesmen.
• Downloading PID'S for tomorrow's deliveries from the system.
• Encoding of all reports in the system (eg. Reefer turn around report, salesman crates and pallets issue, reefer log report)
• Stock counting and stock reconciliation
• Sending e-mails to supervisors for the current depot stocks.
• Stock adjustments from routes to SARAS (Sales and Routes Accounting System)
• Generating PID's (Product Issue Docket) from SARAS after delivery of products from CCP (Central Processing Plant) to our depot.
• Oversees loaders during filling and arranging of food products in the storage area.
• Downloading files in the Hand Held Telecom and preparing them for the next day sales.
Position: Checker / Encoder of Finished Goods
Department: Outbound Logistics
Responsibilities
• Oversees finished goods products from production line
• One of the representatives for the division on discussions of process change specifically on those which has concerns of the finished goods
• Check whether the storage location of finished goods is in proper order
• Receiving of finished goods from production line through finished goods auditor
• Issuing of delivery receipts of finished goods to customers.
• Receiving of packing materials for finished goods from suppliers
• Inventory count of finished goods every morning
• Encode the inventory count to the inventory report in to the system
• Encode all outbound deliveries on the SAP system
