Oversaw the rental and operation management of 100 vacation units in Jumeirah Village Circle and Business Bay.
• Operations and Administration: Managed day-to-day operations between housekeeping, maintenance and reception to ensure procedures run smoothly and jobs are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner prior to guest arrival. Collaborated with Finance to ensure costs are controlled, managed and implemented successfully. Managed utility and service activations for each property as required (Du/Etisalat, DEWA, Gas, Chiller). Oversaw office technology infrastructure, including computers, phones, and software.
• Government Liaison: Handled business registration through Tasheel, DED, TECOM and Chamber of Commerce to acquire Licenses and Permits. Acted as primary point of contact between the company and government authorities for permits, licenses, and documentation
• Vendor and Contractor Management: Hired and supervised contractors, maintenance staff, cleaners and other service providers. Negotiated contracts and ensured services are delivered as per agreed-upon terms. Liaised with suppliers regarding timely deliveries and collections, pricing, and stock counts.
• Property Showings: Conducted property tours for prospective guests, highlighting features and amenities of the property. Addressed inquiries and provide information about the check-in process.
• Property Check-In/Check-Out: Organized and supervised the team in preparing the properties, ensuring the properties have been prepared to the required high-quality standard. Performed unit check-out and conducted inspections to assess overall unit condition and identify maintenance needs.
• Annual Property Maintenance: Ensured departments work together to carry out the job in the most efficient manner.
• Unit Vacancy Management: Developed and implemented marketing strategies to attract and retain guests by keeping and ensuring good score in AirBnB platform. Ensured ads are up-to-date and refreshed in Dubizzle and AirBnB.
