 1. Coordinate job order execution activities, resources, equipment and information

 2. Set timeframes for completion of the job order

 3. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, access requirements, permissions and objectives

 4. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

 5. Make sure that needs of the clients are met during job execution

 6. Analyze risks and opportunities

 7. Oversee procurement management

 8. Monitor work progress and handle any issues that arise

 9. Act as the point of contact and communicate job order status to all participants

 10. Work with the Manager to eliminate all blockers

 11. Monitor working hours and plans

 12. Issue all appropriate paper works (eg. Work method statement, risk assessment, work permits)

 13. Create and maintain comprehensive project
documentation, plans and reports

14. Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout work execution.
15. Prepare risk assessment, method statements & incident reports.
16. Extensive knowledge in Fire alarm, firefighting, pump & FM 200 system
17. Basic knowledge of security cameras, access control system, DPS portal activities, etc
