• Project managed a network infrastructure project with a budget of over AED 6 million for Dubai’s nol card system with cross-functional teams of up to 25 consultants, system integrators, analysts and network specialists.

• Project managed a vulnerability assessment project for the NOL payment scheme

• Led teams across broad technical, financial and business disciplines. Focused teams on business objectives and tracked progress to ensure project milestones were completed on time, on budget and with the desired results.
