Gridhost: I am currently part of the Due Diligence team assisting the organization in all Strategic People
initiatives and Organisational and Change Management.

Mednurse Healthcare Recruitment: Strategic and operational HR Support.

Webafrica - Setup of an online Recruitment System, Strategic and operational generalist HR and Learning and
Development functions.

PSG Konsult - I worked with the HR Team to establish an EE Framework, a BBBEE Strategy and Training
Strategy. Coach the Group Head of HR in order to achieve the PSG Strategic intent.

RCS - I completed 3 projects for this client.
1. Sec 197 process viability process for implementation
2. Workforce Planning in order to improve productivity of store staff
3.Intermediary Services RFP

In addition to above, I have been coaching extensively and provide ad hoc, once off services to individuals/
companies and this involve anything from Preparing Case Files for the CCMA, developing contracts,
performance management strategies, Recruitment and Selection, BBBEE etc.
