Responsibilities:
Meet customer in the reception, greet customer and take inventory of customer’s vehicle.
Check vehicle history and oasis for any recall and required services.
Open repair order for the customer’s concern.
Educate customer and take permission for vehicle health check and explain to customer the findings and encourage if any up sales requires.
Print and send repair order to workshop and Prioritize waiting customers jobs to meet delivery
Get estimate from workshop and update customer if additional needed repair approval
Follow up on repair and update customer on finishing time.
Follow up on QC, payment preparation, washing and get vehicle ready for delivery.
Explains the repaired carried out and final cost to the customer.
Lead the customer to the cashier and get gate pass for customer.
Check on customer and vehicle after 24 hours of delivery.
Arrange drivers for home picking and home delivery for some customers.
Download my WIP report and update WIP status and follow up on team leaders.
Follow up on parts department on ordered parts and arrivals
Keeps all waiting parts repair order and return them to team leader when parts arrives.

Responsibilities:
Manages workshop processes and workshop resources to improve productivity, efficiency, and utilization to achieve service center targets.
Ensure workshop tools and equipment reliability, availability and safety all times,
Improve revenue generation by ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring professional vehicle service delivery to service customers.
Manages After-sales service department fleet, Team leaders, Quality controllers, Job Controllers, drivers, cleaners, and car washers.
Prepares and analyze technician’s productivity, efficiency, utilization report and take corrective actions
Update free workshop capacity in the DMS (Dealer Management System)
Implements process improvements by minimizing waste in process to increase profitability and give value to the customers.
Monitor performance and initiates corrective actions where necessary to ensure workshop operations are conducted within the agreed financial budget.
Ensures effective utilization of tools and equipment, and prepares workshop equipment inventory and tools repairs report.
Ensure quality work output to increase customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty through FIRFT to minimizing repeat repair jobs.
Provide technical expertise and information to Service Center personnel wherever required.
Maintains repeat jobs register, give timely feedback to team leaders on the trend. Analyze register and take corrective measures.
Health and safety management (maintain discipline and ensures all workshop staff and service advisors adheres to safety measures as per automobile workshop safety.
Continuously review with workshop operation, workshop structure, work flows and job responsibilities in the workshop to ensure work is organized and carried out in the most efficient and effective manner.
Coordinates facility maintenance team, and ensure effective housekeeping in workshop, service reception and surroundings.
Ensure smooth supply of parts to technicians and in case parts not available, recommend cannibalization depending upon the urgency of the situation.
