Automobile Services Advisor- (On Part Time) at Almana Motors Company

 Meet customer in the reception, greet customer and take inventory of customer’s vehicle.

 Manages workshop processes and workshop resources to improve productivity, efficiency, and utilization to achieve service center targets.
 Ensure workshop tools and equipment reliability, availability and safety all times,

 Health and safety management (maintain discipline and ensures all workshop staff and service advisors adheres to safety measures as per automobile workshop safety.
 Continuously review with workshop operation, workshop structure, work flows and job responsibilities in the workshop to ensure work is organized and carried out in the most efficient and effective manner.
 Coordinates facility maintenance team, and ensure effective housekeeping in workshop, service reception and surroundings.
 Ensure smooth supply of parts to technicians and in case parts not available, recommend cannibalization depending upon the urgency of the situation.
 Release reserved resources on completion of work
 Schedule, allocate and encourage technicians for training.
 Carries out shift planning, team building for workshop and request for overtime where necessary and prepares overtime reports.
