• Estimation of Low voltage system, ELV & Fire protection systems (FA, PA, CCTV, Emergency light, Power, Control & instrumentation cable, Wet system, Dry system, FM- 200 system, Foam system, Pre action system, Water spray system).
• Preparation of Project Schedule, Resource allocation & Materials Requirements in line with SOW & budget.
• Prepare and maintain OBS, WBS & Project coding compliance with the contractual scope of work.
• Analyzed and maintained all reported project activities such as Scope Variations, Slipped Tasks, Upcoming Tasks, and Planned Hours vs Actual Hours.
• Float Enquiries, Comparative cost analysis, estimating and negotiation with technically & commercially approved vendors.
• Maintain quality tracking record of all contractors and supplier on the regular basis.
• Contractor finalization, Procurement of Minor Capital Equipment’s required for the Project by using BQMS (Bidding Quotation Management System - SAP).
• Responsible for the implementation of the Risk Management Process in Proposals/Projects including identification, mitigation and reporting of risk.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

• Flexible to satisfactorily perform with Multi cultural clients from all disciplines.

• Preparing Concept design drawing and Schematic drawings layout.
• Provide quick design alternatives for coordination drawings.
• Equipment selection and calculation Noise calculation, Amplifier load and power consumption.
• Assist project and shop drawing team for final design and variation claims.
• Preparation of entire BOQ for the project based on the approved Drawing.
• Updates and maintains the Estimating department data bank at regular basis.
• Prepares Budget Proposal Estimates (BP) in liaison with tender specification.
• Prepares Tender Check Estimates (TCE) for contracts and bill of materials which includes quantities, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensuring best quality at minimum price at the desired time through Value engineering.
• Assist Engineering Teams in evaluating bids received against the tender for contracts and materials ensuring avoidance of cost front loading by contractors.
• Reviewing shop drawings, material submittal & approve material tracker received from contractor.
• Prepare in-house budgetary in verification of contractors estimates.
• Responsible for all contractor invoice review and approval for claims.
• Effective management of vendor database on the basis of criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery.
