- Leadership
Oversee the Security and Admin Service department performance by managing performance of direct and indirect reports in coordination with HR and Corporate Service Manager, defining workforce requirements, recruiting, training and developing talent to ensure competent, qualified and highly motivated staff enable the achievement of the department objectives.

- Organisation Structure
Recommend an optimum organisation structure for the Security and Admin Service department in coordination with the HR and Corporate service Manager to ensure that resources are optimally utilised, and communication can take place in an efficient manner.

- Security
Manage the security of the company to ensure that all security staff are available, well trained and fulfilling their duties to provide better customer excellence services.
Ensure that the security, loss prevention and fire safety protocols are in place including the installation and maintenance of access control systems, CCTV and fire alarm system.
Take a part with the legal affairs in conducting internal investigations with employees who commit violations of the company security code.
Ensure regular liaison with the local law and authorities.

- General Services
Manage company’s transportation requirements and responsible for the proper upkeep and control of usage of vehicles. Develop policies and procedures for optimal usage and advise management on disposal of the same.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety and security of all AGM’s premises including branches and accommodation by establishing and controlling the standards on a regular basis to project the correct image among staff and visitors.
Manage and coordinate with General service team to ensure the PEST control in the company, branches, and accommodations.
Manage and coordinate with General service team to ensure all required admin service facilities and equipment’s are provided, maintained, and upgraded in the company, accommodation and branches in line with company corporate strategy.
Devise cost saving strategies in line with corporate directions.

- Canteen Management
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of AGM canteen to ensure that AGM is providing best quality food for the staff. Conduct regular checks/surveys and review policies to ensure employee satisfaction in this regard if necessary. Devise cost saving strategies in line with corporate directions.

- Change Management
Manage the identification and implementation of change initiatives on systems, processes and practices taking into consideration ‘international leading practice and changes in the business environment.
