We are going to invest in Semi-Conductor manufacturing factory with 2.500.000 m2 area in Turkey.

Döktaş Company is also another group company of Güriş Holding. Döktaş also one of the biggest iron and aluminium foundry organization in Europe.

Moreover Omtaş company is another steel forging business in Europe.


As I am Lean Sensei (Continious Improvement Professional), my mission in the company is cultural transformation for Lean Thinking and Industry 4.0.

I manage more than 5.000 operators, 500 engineers, managers, directors totaly 5.500 employees.

I apply new robot cells, automotion systems and flow type manufacturing lines. Thus we increase the productivity and our quality level.

I lead Strategy Workshops in group companies environment.

Morever I lead three R&D projects approved by Turkish Industry Ministry.

Change management and Coaching Style Leadership is my way.

The company is a supplychain-hub of ZF Gearbox, CNH Tractors Europe and Steyr Tractor companies. The company is an entire SCM organization for its customers. We manage all RFQ, Purchasing, Quality, Delivery from suppliers and logistics operations to customers. Moreover we have CNC manufacturing plant for gearbox components.

The company has 20 suppliers such as casting, machning, sheet metal forming, welding, coating, heat treatment and window systems.What is more we have a machining factory for gearbox components.

We find suppliers, develope and manage them. We plan the weekly orders, collect the quotations and report to ZF on SupplyON system. We also manage daily shipments according to customer orders.

We audit the companies and push them to be more effective, have higher process quality and better JIT conditions.

I apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to those 20 suppliers. I visit suppliers every week with my team. We apply:
-Kaizen,
-5S,
-SMED
-Poka Yoke
-Six Sigma Problem Solving and Continious Improvement techniques in suppliers's plants.

Moreover, I make audits respecting VDA 6.3 Process and Product approach. I am a certificated VDA 6.3 Auditor in worldwide.

We have material inspection and measuring laboratories in our organization. I manage all the teams related first sample inspection process, serial manufacturing controls in Teknotrans. Teknotrans also have a machining plant inside. I manage all the technical team from design to manufacturing.

We achieve ppm targets of ZF, Steyr, CNH.
Our logistics performance is %100.
We are in top 10 in quality, price and logistics criterions computed by ZF system.

We had %92 (2016) and %90 (2007) achievements by ZF VDA 6.3 Audits.

TÜV-Türk is an independent organization (German-Turkish JW) which legally gives a service for vehicle inspection supported by government.

I am the General Manager of the five inspection stations in Kocaeli, Sakarya and Düzce cities.

We applied lean Service techniques to those five services and we achieved some targets which are controlled by government:
a) Service time to customers: Decreased %50
b) Complaints of customers: Zero per months in 2014, the monthly avarage is 3 complaints for each station in 2013
c) Financially more income than expected due to shorter service time and more inspection service

We had awards from TÜV-Türk for those five stations such as;
1) Having the best Continious improvement processes
2) Customer happiness etc..

When I was started to manage the company they have only 40 people and they have a sales turnover of 1.000.000 USD. Now the company has 400 employees and 20.000.000 USD turnover.

The company is now in second place for wooden door and kitchen manufacturing capacity only in two years in Turkey.
