- Eliminate and minimize harmful physical and chemical working environment conditions
- Improve occupational health and safety and environmental awareness

- Excellence certificate for 3.5 million man-hours DAFWC at the end of the project (see attached).
- Succeeded to organize and realization of HSE Trainings for 10 subcontractors (Local & Chinese) over 1600 manpower with more than 13000 man-hours of training.
- Played the key role for the implementation of new PTW tracking System though-out the entire project by arranging the implementation trainings, workshops and site inductions for 10 subcontractors.
- Prepared and implemented Site Unsafe Acts & Conditions Tracking System for entire site works on the base of PDCA principle.
Worked as HSE Consultant in the family owned company founded in 2007.
Worked as Group Occupational Safety & Environment Chief for 4 cement factories and 14 RMC plants. Dealing with implementation of OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001 management systems to the facilities, constitute the management rules to comply with national & international HSE legislation and implement them to the facilities via HSE engineers. Represented the group in Environmental Committee Meetings of cement industry. Joined the seminars, trainings and meetings about the HS issues held by Cement Producers Union.
Accomplishments & Successes:
- Leaded the EIA Report process of the Izmir Cimentas Factory Capacity Increase Project.
- Represented Cimentas Group at Safety and Environmental Councils of Turkish Cement Manufacturers Association
- Initiated and completed the Project Plan for Greenhouse Gasses Minimization for the cement factories in order to reach the country target in accordance with EU Directives.
Worked as Environmental Supervisor responsible from environmental management of the crude oil transportation operations at the pipeline and pump stations, implementation of ISO 14001 EMS and national and international regulations (i.e. World Bank criteria) in the “operation phase” of BTC Crude Oil Project.

- Leaded the Environmental Management Systems implementation at pump stations.
- Succeeded 2 international (World Bank) Environmental Audits at 3 pump stations and pipeline within 3 months.

- The first time in the country, a mining project with this scale was awarded with EIA Report Acceptance only after one EIA Evaluation Meting in the ministry.
- More than 20 major meetings have been achieved with each level of Ministry of Environment and Forestry and Government (from Turgutlu Forestry Chief to the Minister and Prime-minister level).
- Established and implemented HSE Management System for the Pilot Nickel Enrichment and Rirect Ore Shipment Projects within 6 months.
- Succeeded / achieved more than 100 permits from 4 different ministries and their directorates.
- Succeeded HSE Section of the Feasibility Report of the project according to Ecuador Principles & IFC Standards. At the end, project was awarded with 180 M. € loan from 4 different European banks.
- After EIA Report Acceptance and credit load, awarded with highest success check from European Nickel PLC.
- Awarded with free company stocks which is proceeded in London Stock Exchange.
Worked as H&S and Environmental Inspector at World Bank Funded BTC Crude Oil Pipeline Construction Project (Certified with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:1996 & OHSAS 18001:1999).
Accomplishments & Successes:
- Leaded the HSE implementations during the start-up & mobilization of project campsites within 3 months in 3 different location.
- Inspected the pipeline construction at the hard geographical and weather conditions (1800 - 2500 m altitude and average -20 Centigrade) by driving 100 km per day (off-road & on-road) during winter season.
- Implemented the HSE Training and HSE performance tracking system on the worked section of pipeline.
- Succeeded the implementation process of topsoil protection systems through-out of 250 km section of pipeline.
- Managed the protection of Right of Way of the pipeline from potential hazards of surface / rain water through-out the pipeline.
