Title: SAP ERP Implementation
The objective of project was to complete the bundled development/enhancements of 2013 backlog
DPSR’s for Finance & Reporting Division by outsourcing. The business processes are related to various
SAP modules and the main benefit is to automate end to end manual business processes. Optimize
and Streamline an existing business process. The project comprises of 17 DPSRs (Data Processing
Service Request - Projects) which includes Implementation / Enhancement / Support
This project covers the development and enhancement for Plant Maintenance business intelligence
solution that consist of two main applications of Maintenance Intelligence Reporting (MIR) and Plant
Maintenance Dashboard (PMDB). It consists of 14 KPI’s that give in-depth analysis for each Plant &
Organization. The KPI’s are used for various business drives such as showing effectiveness of planning,
in anticipating costs and providing completeness information in Work Orders entry
The project was to gather user requirements, analyse existingsystems, generate business process flow
of the existing and proposed systems, identification of user roles and authorizations and recommend
suitable technology solution
