As the E-Insider of W Doha, I was taking care of all Social Media activities of the property, working closely with Operations and the
Marketing department - responsible of creating social media strategy that involved creating brand awareness, promoting the
hotel’s and the BnF departments’ products and for customer relationship management. During my position, W Doha won the 6th
Regional Social Media challenge for successfully implementing the #BookWDoha project where guests can make room reservations
through Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag, organized the first Insta-Meetup of Qatar with #WDohaDesign, won the HOTELS
Magazine 2014 Social Hotel Award for Best Use of Twitter, Property.
As an all-round management trainee, I was working in the following departments: Product, Marketing and Sales, Agency Relations
and IT. Additional to my daily responsibilities in the respective departments, I took an active role in preparing and organizing for
the ITB Tourism Fair, and represented the company on-site.
