JOB SUMMARY
Oversee the maintenance activities ensuring that the reliability, preservation and efficiency of all equipment and assets are maintained.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Monitor and implement the scheduled maintenance program to sustain the machine condition and efficiency.
Review machine performance through historical data & graphical evaluation & implement steps to maintain/improve performance.
Follow up breakdown and preventive maintenance programs to keep plant, utilities & facilities in good working conditions.
Insure that the safety and security regulations are respected by implementing the set corrective actions by the Maintenance Manager and follow up accordingly.
Deploy departmental objectives and align his team on the monthly targets.
Validate purchased parts and spare parts to insure they are meeting PO specifications.
Assist in troubleshooting upon need to avoid extra downtime.
Oversee and validate projects in cooperation with concerned departments to insure proper execution.
Champion Calibration Master File and all related In-house and Out-sourced activities to ensure that all calibration activities are being performed on-time and according to the set Calibration Work Instructions.
Implement and maintain the 5S within the department by selecting 5S delegates and overseeing their activities.
