Elevated to leadership of NEOM’s multi-discipline technical advisors & project management team, based at the site offices (CP1) Sharma Bay, undertaking a key role as an integral part of the NEOM leadership Design & Construction Group reporting directly to the NEOM Executive Director of “The Line”. Applied and developed robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies to pre-empt potential project challenges. I slashed the usual procurement time for appointing external designers and contractors, achieving a fast-track start of the geotechnical and piling works on-time, via determination and implementation with a proactive and robust plan. An emphasis upon ensuring an integrated design approach to ‘Safety in Design’ within the mainstream ERs and PRs.

Lead director of the engineering and sustainability consultancy’s London office.
