Market research of potential new clients to approach for business
Advertising and presenting the company profile to new business who are keen to look at opening a contract
Chasing and following up with new contracts from clients
Internal and external communications
BD Project Management: Either providing support to the BD Manager or managing your own BD projects from initiation to successful delivery
Administration: Provide ongoing administrative support to the BD Manager regarding any BD or marketing project/activities; liaising with the secretarial and administration team when required; as well as assisting in running the HR Department
Market Research: Make use of all sources and databases available to provide information for client pitches, tenders, client meetings and competitor analysis
Database Management: Developing and maintaining the client contact database (with the support of administrative staff)
Reporting to the operation Manager
Training new staff and making sure they offer a high level of service
Handling VIP customers and making sure they are happy with the service
Manage reservations and bookings for all outlets
Coach the hostesses’ team and supervise operations
Handle customers complaints and feedback and report to operation manager
Managing suppliers pipeline, stock balance
Selection and Procurement of required stock for 4 stores
Manage and resolve customers complaints
Single entry bookkeeping, handle correspondence, managing filing system, handling meetings with business partners while traveling to Turkey (where most of the company’s trade was done)
Support business owner in the Company identity and registration process
