Quilter PLC was formed through a series of mergers and acquisitions as Old Mutual Wealth, and was
subsequently relisted. Reporting to the Group COO, responsible for the planning and delivery of a
group wide people, process and technology optimisation and integration programme (£75m).
* Identification and planning of multiple change initiatives to integrate, centralise, and optimise
multiple Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Change, and Marketing functions and 5 separate business
units in to one Group.
* Increased group operating margin and delivered £12m of sustainable run rate benefits by
centralising and streamlining duplicate function and business processes brought about through
M&A activity. Centralising and consolidating multiple business function organisation designs in
to efficient Group Centres of Excellence.
* Designing and implementing a number of new systems and data solutions, including a group
cloud GL solution, HR, Procurement and GRC systems to replace pre M&A disparate systems
architecture.
* Overall management of all programme resource, central PMO and programme finance,
consultancies/ vendors across the 11 projects to deliver strategic outcomes.
