across the contract, including liaison with other key support staff providing guidance and direction as required.
› Provides continuous oversight and monitoring of performance for both Hard and Soft services and liaises with other
departments and key stakeholders on all matters.
› Responsible for ensuring compliance with the companys financial, commercial, service delivery, risk mitigation, and
achievement of contractual targets of quality, safety, and service reliability. And ensuring FM services are effectively
managed and delivered to the highest standard.

› Manage the MEP & Soft service subcontractors and carry out audits to monitor the standard of work and completion
Schedule. Monitoring progress, the effectiveness of remedial works, outstanding works, and end-of-defect works as
carried out by the contractors and reporting to the head of the department. Respond to major maintenance calls and
resolve the problems within the agreed time frame and provide suggestions to the brand to minimize the breakdown
