I am working as a General Manager for the above Company dealing in Building Materials, Furniture, Home Accessories, Tools and Machinery and much more. There is staff of over 150 employees working for this company. I am responsible to answer directly to the CEO. The following Departments fall under me:

Showrooms Department, Out-Door Sales Department, HR. Department, Purchase Department, Finance Department, Logistic & Delivery Department and Maintenance Department.

Deliverables & Contribution:
 Conduct Procurement, Estimating and Tendering information management system evaluations, Identify gaps to develop and design related systems and procedures for improvement.
 Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
 Prepare operations and procedures manuals for efficient and effective operations
 Review the utilization of Existing ERP (SAP) policies and procedures and suggest improvements to streamline workflow and achieve better control and safeguard company’s interest.
 Study work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, and information flow, integrated work process methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
 Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems and procedures.
 Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
 Develop and implement records management system for filing, protection and retrieval of records and assure compliance with program
