.(B) Pak-Arab Refinery Ltd. (PARCO): (1st January 2001 ~ to 24th dec, 2011).
.I have working as DCS / Field operator at Oil Movement Department.
Operational Activities as DCS / Senior Field Operator at Tank Farm Area (Oil Movement)
To check solo run test of motors & mechanical run test of pumps.
N2 purging of pipelines according to procedures.
Preparation of crude oil tank for charging to plant.
Crude oil charging to refinery (CDU).
Receiving rundowns of Products & Components in respective tanks (LPG, Flushing oil, VGO, Light Naphtha, Heavy Naphtha, Stabilized Naphtha, Reformate, SKO, HSD, and Fuel Oil).
Different products deliveries to OMC (Oil Marketing Companies) through pipelines. (HSD, SKO, Fuel Oil & LPG).
Switch over of rundowns & delivery/ truck loading tanks.
To lineup tanks for blending (MOGAS, 92RON, 90RON, HOBC & Jet-A1/JP-8).
Water draining of Tanks.
Sampling & gauging of different product tanks manually.
Receiving LPG from LPG Merox unit in LPG storage sphere.
Charging of LPG to refinery fuel gas system.
Delivery of LPG to marketing companies through pipeline according to procedure & safety rules.
To carry out safe sampling of LPG from LPG storage spheres according to safety rules & procedures.

DCS ( Yokogawa Centum CS of Japan )
FUELS MANAGER made by YOKOGAWA
OMIS (OIL Movement Information System)
Receiving of crude oil for refinery through 864 Km long pipelines from Karachi to Mehmood Kot.
(1228 Km long 16” dia, operating by SCADA system).
Pigging operation (receiving & launching of pigs).
Products Blending Activities through DCS
To lineup component tanks to blending header for blending of products. (Jet A-1, JP-8, MOGAS, 92RON, 90RON, HOBC LDO & Fuel Oil).
To prepare recipes for different specifications of gasoline product i.e. RON 87, 90 RON & HOBC etc.
Supervision of Turn around Activities (12-03-2007 to 12-04-2007)
