Preparing SOP for various Equipments Operation (Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Shut Down, Handover for Maintenance)
Work as a commissioning Supervisor in Tecnimont at their Petrochemicals Project
(SOCAR) for their (Polypropylene and Polyethylene Plants at Sumgait, near Baku, Azerbaijan).
The Activities are as below.
Prepared commissioning, Start Up procedures, activity reviews. Writing and Reviewing
Standard Operating Procedures for Poly Propylene Plant (Catalyst Preparation, Reaction) .
To handle the manpower for Lines flushing, Blowing, Punching (Find out and clear the Punches), Loop checking, Functional Test, Through Checking of Plant as system wise. Pressure hold test of Lines & equipment’s. Start various rotating equipment’s. Startup of Propylene Pumps for Reactor, various distillation columns. Start various utilities such as Cooling water and its dosing like Biocide, Corrosion inhibitor, Scale inhibitor, Raw Water, Air Compressors (for Plant & Instrument Air), Condensate Treatment Package (Steam Condensate processing back to Dm Water). TEAL handling.
PGTR etc.
