A LEED® Green Associate, Estidama PQP and CEEQUAL Assessor; Proficient in providing Green Building rating Consultancy.
Prior beneficial experience in Project Management at Jones Lang Lasalle ( JLL) India.
Post Graduate in Advanced Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management & Research (NICMAR), India.

• Monitoring and keeping the track of work progress throughout the Construction period and comparing the same with projected Schedule.
• Conversant with MIS reporting system by preparing and keeping the track of entire program of work and anticipate project demands in terms of manpower, materials, equipment and Technical requirements.
• Preparing and tracking Project Master Schedule, with visual aids such as Bar charts and procedures diagrams using Primavera.
• Analyzing & studying current Project status and highlighting the critical issues to the higher management and ensuring that the Project is on track with their suitable action and recommendation.
• Understanding the Project Scope of work and aligning the same with company structured WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
• Preparing 3-month rolling programme (progress measurement in terms of earned value), weightage and S-curve for client approval.
• Preparation of revised schedules, Catch up plans & Micro planning according to site conditions
• Preparation of Monthly, Weekly & Daily reports and indicating planned & actual progress of an activity on site and same to be discussed with Project manager and Operation manager.
• Liaison with all Construction Heads at site to assist proper understanding of critical activities & scheduling, hence ensuring no slippages in SPI & CPI.
• Co-ordination with various teams (Client / PMC / Procurement / Sub-contractor) for ensuring smooth operational/functional performance.
• Conducting weekly/monthly progress meetings with internal/external teams to decide and achieve targets for various technical & commercial matters.
• Preparation of Baseline -Schedule of the entire project using tools like Primavera.
• Daily Co-ordination with site execution team and tracking of progress.
• Updating the progress & calculating the delay using Primavera and preparation of Delay Statement.

• Monitoring the progress at sites, preparing and reviewing statistical data and report progress of Projects to Management/Clients/Consultants as required.

• Preparing estimates in regard to manpower, equipment & material with proper method statement before starting any activity.
