Duties & Responsibilities
• Achieving individual Sales monthly target, net activation 100% (Quantitative)
• Ensure high level of quality and accuracy in the daily work.
• Enhance after selling service & provide total customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer's inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
• Sell Tunisie Telecom products and services and ensure proper collection of required documents.
• Promote handsets and accessories.
• Handle and keep records of cash & inventory to maintain accurate data that can be used for the 2nd shift and daily reports.
• Handling customers in a professional way as per the standards set to ensure that every interaction with the customer is a quality experience.
• Provide customers with quotations
• Record sales and send copies to the sales office
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
