− Manage and monitor large-scale institutional budgets exceeding $10M+ USD equivalent, ensuring effective
allocation and fund releases in accordance with approved financial controls and organizational policies.
− Evaluate budget commitments against approved allocations and real-time bank balances to sustain
organizational financial discipline and support strategic resource planning.
Accounting & Reconciliation
− Maintain accurate General Ledger records, post journal entries, and organize comprehensive supporting
documentation to ensure audit-ready financial records.
− Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reviews, systematically identifying and resolving
discrepancies in a timely manner.
− Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities and account verification processes.
Payments & Advances
− Process vendor payments, reimbursements, departmental expenses, and other financial disbursements in
compliance with organizational procedures.
− Oversee employee travel and expense (TA/DA) account adjustments, manage corporate imprest accounts,
and control the timely setlement of cash advances.
− Handle debit notes and financial adjustments raised by various departments and stakeholders.
Taxation & Compliance
− Ensure full regulatory compliance regarding withholding income tax, corporate structures, and local indirect
taxes (VAT/GST equivalents).
− Prepare, verify, and facilitate timely tax deposits to regulatory authorities, eliminating compliance risks
through accurately maintained tax ledgers.
− Execute all transactions in compliance with internal audit benchmarks and the companys Delegation of
Powers (DOP) framework.

Reporting & Financial Analysis
− Prepare monthly financial statements, budget monitoring reports, and management reports using advanced
Microsoft Excel.
− Analyze financial data and build dynamic Power BI dashboards to support management decision-making,
budget utilization monitoring, and operational planning.
− Design and implement reporting automation initiatives using Excel and Python scripting to enhance
processing efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Systems & Process Improvement
− Utilize ERP and AMS accounting systems daily for transaction processing, financial reporting, and record
management.
− Support digitalization and automation of financial workflows through effective use of technology and data
analysis tools.
