• Ensure all HR processes are implemented effectively.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer negotiation. .
• Working with line managers in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

• Managing all visa renewals, cancellation & transfers by The Authority of Manpower and ministry of interior systems.
• Composing correspondence and memoranda reports and documents.
• Implementing Human Resources policies such as performance management, disciplinary and absence management.
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
• Identify key relationship within all ministries that will benefit the business and actively.
• Be proactive in ensuring Kuwait Labor Law are not breached and where notices are received from ministries.

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, welcoming visitors, arranging calls, and scheduling meetings HR & finance functions. Assist team members with preparation of presentation materials. Co-ordinate project based works (including to the preparation of offers, contracts, and agreements, purchase orders...Etc). Using a verity of Microsoft programs to produce correspondence and documents as performing related functions delegated or assigned, focusing on Public relations and customer orientation.
