Deal with the whole accounting activity from the general entry to financial accounts.
Coordinate period end- close process, reviews accounts reconciliation, and ensures accurately and timely financial reporting.
Strong interaction with Auditors for finalization of accounts.
Monitor and record company expenses. Assists in preparing annual company accounts and reports.
Review and monitor all accounting transactions and adjustments, ensuring appropriate use of these in line with accounting rules.
Proactively manage staff if applicable by providing regular feedback, holding regular meetings and spending quality time in conducting a meaningful interim and annual review.
Secures financial information and keeps it confidential.
Handle the administration of the Biometric system.
Gather all payroll related data. Change employee Banking records when necessary to process payments accurately.
Submit payroll reports and sheets on time to the Finance department. Answer and clarify employees on payroll related inquiries.
Create new data files for new employees and submit hiring paperwork into the system to setup a new payroll account.
Assist Administrative or Finance staff in processing payroll of SAP new or terminated employees.
