-Developing and administering plans, policies, strategies and procedures that relates to company personnel and administration and maintaining related records.
-Develop and administer human resource and administration department goals, objectives, and systems.
-Coordinate, lead and administer activities related to (recruitment, appraisal, compensation, benefits, training, housing, office supplies, company events, organizational changes and services).
-Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

1-Coordinate and Lead recruitment activities at various hiring stages of hiring and to meet company Saudization and manpower plans.
2-Manage employees relations (resolve conflicts, administer employees discipline, employees retention, improve employees working condition& environment).
3-Design, implement training, development programs for employees (IDP plans) and develop strategy for talent management.
4-Manage payroll and compensation& benefits activities company-wide and ensure the existence of proper controls.
5-Supervise and manage HR area personnel.
